Shipping and Returns


We provide free standard shipping on all orders. All items will be shipped one business day after you place your order.(unless the item is on back order which will be clearly stated)

Standard Free Shipping - Registered via Australia Post delivery Estimate 3-5 business days.

Express post via Australia Post - Delivery Estimate 1-3  business days

International free shipping- Delivery Estimate 6-12 days

International Express post-Delivery Estimate 4-8 days

Our shipping schedule is based on Australia Post guidelines and may differ slightly depending on peak seasons and your location.

We are not responsible for any postage service/delays once the product has been shipped.

We will provide you with tracking number of your purchase via email.

Please keep in mind that some countries outside Australia may charge fees or import taxes on items. This is the customer's responsibility, please double-check the shipping rates and taxes in your country.



Your experience is important to us, and we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

If the products you’ve purchased are faulty we’re more than happy to process a refund or exchange providing the item is in stock.

Before returning an item, please obtain a return ID number by emailing with a photo and a the description of the item and fault.

Once the faulty item has been received and assessed, we will contact you with a solution.

We strongly advise you to inspect all of the items in your order upon delivery and to contact us within 14 days of purchase if there is a problem.

Items must be returned within 21 days after purchase with original tags , packaging, unused and unwashed .

We are unable to offer a refund for change of mind purchases.

Refunds will be processed via Paypal or store credit for faulty items only.
